Fundraising

The Bear Creek Campus PTSA has a goal to raise $20,000 in the 2023-2024 school year!

Learn more about how to join us in our fundraising efforts.

The PTSA is thrilled to be hosting two online auctions!

The funds raised through these auctions will go toward the PTSA’s general budget, which provides financial support for community events, excursions, operating expenses, staff stipends, and sponsored funding.

The first auction will take place in March and will feature experiences with our BCC staff!

The second auction will take place alongside the Spring Market in May.

Special thanks to all teachers and staff who are donating their talents and time to a special experiential auction in March. Teacher experiences have always generated not only financial support for the PTSA, but also built community through life-long memories with our families.

To submit a donation for the March Auction, please sign up here.

Help us Load our May Auction Catalogue!

There will be an auction alongside the Spring Market in May to raise support for the PTSA. Please help us make this event a success by considering these options for support!

1. Take a letter to a business where you or your children do activities: Many local businesses (music lessons, outdoor school, gymnastics, art classes etc) have been very supportive of our fundraisers in the past, but the requests are better received from current clients.

2. Make a product donation: no item is too small! We welcome homemade items, experiences (job-shadow days, in-home lessons), and other donations in new condition.

3. Help email businesses: Zosia is contacting local businesses for donations and support. All procurement materials will be provided.

For any questions or more information, please contact Zosia Whittaker, our Classroom Grants Chair and Auction Committee Lead: grants@nfpptsa.org
