Q: How do I order a yearbook?
A: Click on this link: https://tr5.treering.com/create-account/1016530858243686 (Passcode can be found in email or on posts in BCC Campus FB groups, or email communications@nfpptsa.org for the passcode); then follow the prompts to create an account and order your yearbook.
Q: Can I still order a yearbook after the deadline?
A: Yes, with Treering, yearbook orders can be placed after your school’s deadline, but keep in mind they'll be printed and shipped separately. Minimum shipping charge of $5.99.
Q: What is the link to upload photos & personalized pages to the yearbook?

Q: When is the last day I can order a yearbook?
A: The last day to order a yearbook is May 11, 2023.
Q: When do I have to have the custom page done by?
A: April 30, 2023
Q: What is the deadline for uploading excursion, field trip, event, and portrait photos?
A: The deadline was originally April 1, 2023 but has been extended to April 8, 2023 for fall and winter photos. Spreads will be completed chronologically by month, so one way to prioritize photo uploads is by starting with fall photos first, and then moving to winter. That gives the organizers time to collect and upload and complete layouts for some spring photos by mid-May.
Q: What are the instructions for uploading excursion, field trip, event etc. photos?
A: Add and upload 1-2 photos of your student with friends at each school-related event, field trip, and at-home learning to the school community folders so we can continue the tradition of spreads related to alternative learning (please save family vacation photos for the optional feature, "custom pages")
Names - provide us with the first and last names of the children in the photo (this is not publicly shared; it stays private to our yearbook and allows us to have an index of who's who)
Topic - tag the core subject, event, or field trip (ie, field trip, STEM, social studies, at home learning, back to school bash... you can add more than 1 tag)
Location - caption the photo with the name of the location (ie, Issaquah Salmon Hatchery, Bear Creek Playground)
Q: Do I have to get other parents’ permission before uploading photos from excursions etc. that they’re in?
A: Individual consents are not required. The BCC Campus office checks the pro portrait photos for opt-outs and provides that list to the parent organizers.
Q: If my child had a school portrait taken during the open house at the beginning of the year (or retakes), do I need to upload a recent portrait photo of my student for the school roster?
A: No, your child’s school photo will be used. But you may upload a portrait of your student if they did not have a school photo to be taken or you prefer another to be used instead. Please label your photo "portrait".
Q: What are custom pages?
A: A personalized page that you create with your own photos and that appear in your yearbook only.
Q: Are custom pages included in the yearbook price?
A: Yes, the first two custom pages are free.
Q: If I want to create a custom page for my student(s), what do I do?
A: Log in to your Treering account and follow the prompts.
Q: If I want to create a customized page for my student(s), what do I do?
A: Log in to your Treering account and follow the prompts under “Customize Yearbook.”
Q: Will kids have their yearbooks before the last day of school in-person?
A: Yes, while we don't have an exact date, we are aiming for the first week of June.
